Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking to purchase three 17ft Aluminum Flat Bottom Center Console Mud Boat packages. The boats and motors must be designed for operation in shallow water with light vegetation and meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the respondent whose quote is considered to be the best value to TPWD, taking into account factors such as price, ability, qualifications, and experience. The scope of work includes the delivery of the boat packages to two different locations in Texas.
• The boat packages must include a 17ft aluminum flat bottom center console mud boat, a 40HP surface drive outboard motor, and a boat trailer.
• The boats and motors must be designed for operation in shallow water with light vegetation.
• The contract will be awarded for a period of 60 business days from the bid due date.
• The respondent must provide descriptive literature and product specification sheets with their response.
• The respondent must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including laws governing labor, equal opportunity, safety, and environmental protection.
