Description
The State of Ohio is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a Dependent Eligibility Verification (DEV) audit for the Agency's medical, exempt vision, exempt dental, and Death Benefit Fund Recipients (DBFR) benefit programs. The audit must verify that dependents covered by the State meet the State's current eligibility requirements. The contractor will provide assistance with strategic communications, a member services team, call center, and online resources to assist members with the process and requirements. The contractor will also arrange for secure transmission of employee records and provide comprehensive reporting on the audit results. The contract term will be from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, with the option for renewal.
