2025 RFQ: Mailing and Notification Services

The City of Los Angeles is seeking a pre-qualified list of on-call qualified contractors to provide mailing and notification services for the Department of City Planning. The services include mailing of legal notices, processing of initial invoices, and maintaining digital records of all receipts and submitted mailing labels. The contractor will be required to perform tasks such as preparing instruction forms, providing receipts, and posting hearing notices at project sites.
