The items must be supplied exactly as specified with no substitutions, and delivery must be made inside the district’s IT office. Budget estimate

$35,000 – $60,000

Based on the bid tabulation, vendor quotes ranged from $37,440 to $55,641 for the full 24‑unit package plus accessories. Assuming the district awards the contract at or near the lowest responsive bid, the expected contract value is roughly $38 K, with a possible high‑end award near $56 K if a higher‑priced vendor is selected. Therefore, a reasonable budget estimate for a winning vendor would be between $35,000 and $60,000, allowing for modest price variations, freight, and installation labor.
