Description
The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for communication towers and coating powder. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The bidder must examine the drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions included in the bid package and submit a bid that includes all the required information. The bid must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• The bidder must provide a warranty for the materials and services provided.

• The contract includes provisions for notice of sale or transfer, ownership and return of documents and information, and patent or copyright protection.
