The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking information from vendors capable of providing a glassware washer system for the San Juan Medical Products Laboratory. The system should meet specific requirements, including a stainless-steel washing chamber, programmable touch screen controller, and internal chamber light. Vendors should submit a brief capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the required equipment and associated services. The capability statement should include company information, NAICS code, business size status, and technical specifications for the proposed solution. • The system should have a chamber load capacity of at least 26” W x 25” H x 26” D. • The system should include a programmable vented drying system and drain discharge cool down system. • The system should include a loading shelf and thermal printer. • The system should include a non-recirculated heated pure water rinse system and integrated detergent drawer. • The system should include two additional chemical pumps for chemical injection during treatments. • The system should include six stainless steel flanges to seal the opening between the glassware washer and the wall. • The system should include installation and supervision of installation, start-up and verification of installation and operation, and familiarization training for 2-3 users.
