The State of Washington’s Department of Enterprise Services is re‑soliciting competitive contracts to supply a full line of ENERGY STAR‑qualified household appliances (refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, microwaves) from four manufacturers—Bosch, Maytag, Samsung, and Whirlpool. The contract will be awarded statewide for each brand category, with additional reserved county awards for Washington‑small‑business or veteran‑owned firms. Bidders must be authorized dealers, submit whole‑number discount percentages off MSRP for both inside‑delivery (installed) and crated delivery, and embed the 1.5 % Vendor Management Fee into their pricing. The contract term is 34 months with a possible 24‑month performance‑based extension, subject to quarterly sales reporting, insurance compliance, and timely VMF payments.
