California Science Center seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance and support for its Avigilon CCTV security system. The contractor must deliver 24 × 7 off‑site technical assistance, quarterly on‑site preventative maintenance, parts replacement, optional annual camera cleaning, and software/license management for a multi‑year contract spanning three fiscal years. The work includes responding to service tickets, managing firmware updates, and ensuring compliance with State security and insurance requirements.
