RFP-Investment Banking and Underwriting Services-Addendum 2

The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking qualified investment‑banking firms to act as senior managing underwriter or co‑manager for the 2026 Series Airport Revenue Bonds issued on behalf of the Rhode Island Airport Corporation. The selected firm will provide comprehensive underwriting services, including bond structuring, marketing, pricing, placement, and coordination with the airport corporation and relevant regulatory bodies.
