NOTICE OF INTENT TO PURCHASE ONE CUSTOM FERRARA INFERNO AERIAL FIRE APPARATUS

The Township of Mahwah intends to award a contract for the purchase of one custom Ferrara Inferno Aerial Fire Apparatus. The contract will be awarded under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, specifically the Houston Galveston Area Council's Cooperative Purchasing Program, HGAC-BUY. The Township of Mahwah is authorized to utilize an alternative procurement method and has authorized membership to the National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. The contract award is intended to be made to FF1 Apparatus, LLC. • The contract is for the purchase of one custom Ferrara Inferno Aerial Fire Apparatus product code HD107RML-2023. • The contract will be awarded under HGAC-BUY contract #FS12-23 entitled Fire Apparatus and Related Vehicles. • The comment period ends on April 6, 2026, and comments should be submitted to Joanne Becker, Township of Mahwah.
