Ships Deck Log

The US Government Publishing Office is requesting quotations for the production of 1000 units of a 2-part snap form set with black carbon interleaf, known as the Ships Deck Log. The product must be printed in one color, with a full trim size of 10 x 15-3/8" and a detached size of 10 x 14-3/4". The contractor must provide a preaddressed UPS or FedEx label and notify the ordering agency upon shipment. The product must be delivered to the DLA Document Services at Tinker AFB, OK, by 01/30/2026.
