Description
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Air and Marine Operations is seeking market research from industry on sustainment, maintenance, and logistics support for its Maritime Approaches Surveillance Towers (MAST) program. The effort will cover 16 existing MAST systems across four regions (Southwest, Gulf of America, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) and potential future expansions up to 75 systems and 100+ sites. Respondents must provide technical, logistical, and cost‑based insights using a mandatory submission template. The RFI is purely informational; no contract award is guaranteed.
• Provide experience and capabilities for operating and sustaining ground‑based maritime surveillance assets.
• Describe logistics, spare‑parts, and maintenance approaches for multi‑region, 24/7/365 operations.
• Offer rough cost estimates for field, organizational, and depot level maintenance, program management, and logistics support.
• Address scalability to additional sites, cybersecurity considerations, and transition of new systems into steady‑state support.
