1st Street Raccoon River Trail

The City of West Des Moines is seeking bids for the construction of the 1ST Street Raccoon River Trail. The project includes approximately 4,200 cubic yards of Class 10 excavation, 3,120 square yards of 6” reinforced concrete pavement, 220 square yards of HMA pavement, pipe culverts, and other required items. The project must be completed by September 30, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any and/or all technicalities and/or all irregularities. • The project requires the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements. • The project includes excavation, pavement, culverts, and other items. • The project must be completed within the specified timeframe. • The City has the right to reject any and/or all bids.
