Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide preventive maintenance (PM) and filter evaluation services for Air Handling Units (AHUs) at a Veterans Affairs facility. The work includes routine inspections, cleaning, filter testing/replacement, performance verification, and documentation of service activities. The contractor must have experience with HVAC systems in healthcare or government settings, be able to respond to service calls, and comply with VA safety and security requirements.
