Description
The Academy for Classical Education is seeking proposals for technology equipment and managed services. The proposal includes the provision of interactive panels, digital surveillance systems, teacher laptops, mini PCs, monitors, classroom audio systems, speaker horns, and managed service for electronic equipment and Nutanix servers. The selected company will be required to assume total responsibility for all services offered in the proposal and must have a 24-7-365 Network Operation Center capable of monitoring and managing all equipment.
Key requirements include:
• Providing a firm, fixed price proposal for each technology requested
• Including an itemized listing of all charges associated with completion of the project
• Having a minimum of five references of jobs completed within the past two years
• Having current vendor certification and authorization to provide installation and maintenance of products
• Having a Network Operation Center to monitor all equipment remotely
• Being able to be onsite within 30 minutes of reported issues to handle warranties
