The Human Services, Department of is seeking a proposal to establish and operate a 12-bed Transitional Living Residential Services for individuals 18 years old and older with mental illness and/or substance use disorder in Bismarck, ND. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive living environment, as well as necessary services to help residents achieve their goals and become self-sufficient. • The services should be provided to individuals 18 years old and older with mental illness and/or substance use disorder. • The residential facility should have 12 beds. • The facility should be located in Bismarck, ND. • The vendor should provide a safe and supportive living environment. • The vendor should provide necessary services to help residents achieve their goals and become self-sufficient.
