Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the rental of 4-ton asphalt reclaimers without operators. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the equipment meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. The vendor shall provide daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates, as well as mobilization fees. The equipment must meet certain specifications, including being trailer-mounted, having a steel frame, and being equipped with a dual burner and hopper/dump box. The vendor shall also provide a daily/weekly maintenance checklist and ensure that the equipment is properly maintained.
• The equipment must be capable of processing both virgin asphalt and millings.
• The vendor shall provide a lease/rental agreement for periods of time not to exceed 90 days.
• The vendor shall deliver standard orders within seven days of receipt of the contract.
• The vendor shall provide a daily, weekly, and monthly rental rate for the equipment.
