Description
The City of Atlanta, Department of Aviation, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for the Aviation Administration Center (AAC). The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operations and maintenance services to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and in a state of good repair. This includes administrative building, multi-level parking deck, pedestrian bridges, and all associated systems and infrastructure. The vendor will also be responsible for janitorial services, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
Some key responsibilities include:
• Administrative Services: contract administration, on-boarding and operational readiness, CMMS/EAMS integration, and warranty management.
• Facility Operations & Maintenance Services: general facility operations, routine facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Janitorial Services: daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
• Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance: maintenance of the exterior grounds and landscaping.
The City of Atlanta expects the selected vendor to coordinate with the Department of Aviation to support facility readiness, respond to service requests, and maintain a high level of customer service.
