Replacement of Bridge X-084 & Removal of Bridge C-262 (25-42) (Co. Engineer)

The Lancaster County Engineering Department is seeking bids for the replacement of County Bridge X-084 and the removal of County Structure C-262. The project includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, bedding, placing of pipes and/or headwalls, backfill, compaction, and roadway grading. The contractor will be required to provide electronic working drawings and maintain barricades and construction signs throughout the duration of the project. The project is expected to take 118 working days to complete. • The contractor must have experience with bridge replacements and removals. • The contractor must provide a resume of similar work completed. • The contractor must comply with all applicable permits and regulations. • The contractor must provide erosion and sedimentation control measures. • The contractor must seed and fertilize the areas disturbed by construction.
