Description
The Town of Dartmouth seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive preventative maintenance agreement for mechanical equipment (HVAC, boilers, pumps, compressors, VAV boxes, water heaters, etc.) across five municipal facilities. The contract is a one‑year base term with optional 2‑ or 3‑year renewals, requiring two seasonal service visits per facility (pre‑heating in September and pre‑cooling in April). The contractor must perform detailed inspections, cleaning, calibration, lubrication, and reporting, and must supply all labor, materials, and consumables within a firm price.
• Scope covers ~200 pieces of mechanical equipment at Town Hall, Police Station, Council on Aging, North Dartmouth Library, and Southworth Library.
• Service frequency: twice annually per facility; includes comprehensive HVAC, boiler, pump, and related equipment maintenance.
