Description
The California Arts Council seeks a single vendor to provide statewide technical‑assistance services that strengthen the Council’s grant‑panel operations and build capacity for arts organizations. The contractor will design and deliver curriculum, train CAC staff, assess and improve panel processes, and align all work with the Council’s strategic plan.
• Develop scalable training modules, facilitator guides, and “train‑the‑trainer” resources for panelists and staff.
• Conduct needs assessments, staff readiness tools, and provide ongoing professional‑development support.
• Review current panel administration, recommend efficiency and engagement improvements, and pilot new processes.
• Produce detailed reports, implementation recommendations, and quarterly progress updates within a 12‑month term.
