Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide on-site, full-service maintenance and repair services for pulmonary and cardiac diagnostic systems at multiple sites within VISN 20. The contractor shall provide all software, parts, and service required for preventative maintenance, diagnostics, phone support, and on-site repairs. The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.
• The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance, repair services, and software updates.
• The contractor shall provide live toll-free technical support assistance and phone support.
• The contractor shall provide a comprehensive service report after each service, PM, or repair.
• The contractor shall not replace any part without prior approval from the VA Contracting Officer.
• The contractor shall replace parts with new parts equal or similar in features and functionality.
