Corpyard Phase II - Roof/Shade Structure Upgrades

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to fabricate, deliver, and install a 1,100 SF waterproof roof covering structure over the open area between modular restroom and locker buildings. The scope of work includes fabrication, delivery, and installation of a prefabricated or custom waterproof roof covering system, structural framing, roofing system, anchoring or footings, rainwater management, and finishes. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. Key features of the project include: • A minimum of 5 years of experience installing prefabricated or shade structures of similar scale • Valid contractor license in California • Compliance with all City safety and prevailing wage requirements • A minimum 10-year warranty for the roofing material and a minimum 1-year warranty for workmanship • The ability to integrate seamlessly with the existing modular infrastructure and meet all applicable building codes and City permitting requirements
