Sources Sought - John Day Dam Elevator Maintenance Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is seeking sources for elevator maintenance services at the John Day Dam in Oregon. The contract will require routine preventative maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, repair, replacement, testing, and documentation for eight elevators. The contractor must be capable of maintaining 24/7/365 availability to respond to emergency situations and arrive on site within three hours in some cases.
