Prequalification of Design Consultant for Spyglass projects

The City of Vancouver is seeking an architect‑led consulting team to act as the coordinating prime consultant for two concurrent capital projects at Spyglass Place: a building demolition and a parking‑lot alteration. The selected firm will provide full‑service design consulting—from planning through construction‑phase contract administration—while coordinating with a separately procured construction manager.
