This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks a qualified contractor to construct a new splash pad, parking facility, mechanical building, surge tank, play features, and landscaping at Tangerine Sky Park in Marana, AZ. The park will remain open during construction, requiring temporary fencing, safety signage, and a pedestrian traffic‑control plan. The scope includes extensive civil works (excavation, asphalt, concrete, pipe, signage), irrigation, planting, and installation of splash‑pad equipment and related utilities. The bid schedule and detailed quantity take‑offs are provided in the attached documents and addenda. • Construct splash pad with pumping, filtration, toys, decking, and related mechanical systems. • Build new parking lot, roadway excavation, aggregate base, asphaltic concrete, and concrete curbs. • Install mechanical building, surge tank, and utility connections (water, sewer, electrical). • Provide site safety fencing, double gate, shade canopy, and pedestrian control measures. • Perform landscaping: seeding, trees, shrubs, ground cover, and vegetation preservation fencing. • Supply and install irrigation fittings, drip valves, PVC piping, emitters, and related hardware. • Follow all specifications in the Project Manual and multiple addenda (including geotechnical report and revised bid schedule). • Submit a comprehensive safety/traffic‑control plan and quality‑control documentation.
