Description
The Consumer Protection Laboratory is seeking a contractor to install a new transfer line for a secondary spigot to reach the outside the west doors. The scope of work includes installing a ½” VJ pipe system, running VJ piping line around the tank pad to the exterior building, and mounting hangers on the building to fasten the piping. The contractor will also need to provide and mount a stainless-steel lockable cage/cabinet to enclose the fill valve.
• The project requires the installation of a ½” VJ pipe system, approximately 85 feet long.
• The piping system must be installed around the tank pad to the exterior building.
• A stainless-steel lockable cage/cabinet must be provided and mounted to enclose the fill valve.
• The contractor must work during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.
• The customer will provide a clean working area and staging area.
