Description
The City of Philadelphia Procurement Department is seeking a sole source provider for SirsiDynix software and specialized services. The contract includes migration services, project management, and product delivery for various SirsiDynix products, including Symphony Integrated Library System, SymphonyWeb, Data Control, MobileStaff, and BLUEcloud Analytics. The contract also includes annual maintenance, support, and licenses for these products. The selected vendor will provide these services to the Free Library of Philadelphia. Key aspects of the job include:
• Migration of the existing Symphony Integrated Library System from an on-premises environment to a SirsiDynix hosted solution
• Project management and product delivery for additional products
• Annual maintenance, support, and licenses for the products and components listed
• The vendor must have sole knowledge of the development of the SirsiDynix products and certain configuration requirements that are exclusive to the SirsiDynix products.
