Norwalk Senior Center Patio Project

The City of Norwalk is seeking qualified contractors to restore the courtyard of the Norwalk Senior Center located at 11 Allen Rd. The scope includes demolition of existing brick patio, bocce court, lawn, and planter areas, followed by construction of a new 2,550‑square‑foot concrete patio. The new patio must be connected to the building and parking area via an accessible stair, ramp, and walkways.
