Bid Extension: 82625B0010-BEPA:GI-IB-24: Heavy Cleaning Services for Right-of-Way Infiltration Basins

The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a contractor to provide heavy cleaning services for Right-of-Way Infiltration Basins (IB). The work includes jet cleaning and vactoring services to completely clean and remove deposits from the IB, inlet and inlet screen box, concrete chamber, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, and observation wells. The contractor must ensure that the surrounding area is clean and free of deposits that would impede infiltration. Key responsibilities include: • Providing all necessary labor, parts, materials, and equipment for heavy cleaning services • Performing work in the right-of-way under the jurisdiction of the New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) and other government entities • Ensuring the area surrounding and/or upstream of the IB is clean and free of deposits • Submitting responses via the PASSPort online procurement portal
