Description
The United States Navy is soliciting a firm, fixed price contract for the performance of a hot oil flush onboard USS RUSHMORE (LSD 47) in Japan. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the hot oil flush in accordance with the specifications and technical requirements identified in the solicitation and associated attachments. The contractor must comply with all applicable base access, security, environmental, and safety regulations in Japan. Key considerations include the ability to coordinate with Ship's Force and the Contracting Officer's Representative, as well as adherence to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contractor will be evaluated based on technical capability, price, and past performance.
