Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price order to ScriptPro USA Inc for ScriptPro system support services for multiple locations within Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21). The period of performance is from October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027 with two one-year option periods.
• The services will be provided at multiple locations, including San Francisco VA, San Francisco VA Inpatient Pharmacy, Oakland VA Clinic, and others.
• The capability statement shall demonstrate the company is authorized to perform service on ScriptPro system/equipment.
• Past performance information shall be recent (within the past three years) and demonstrate the company has performed maintenance on this specific brand name equipment.
