2026 Model Year Medium Duty Trucks Chevrolet or equivalent

The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the provision of 2026 Model Year Medium Duty Trucks, Chevrolet or equivalent. The contract will be for an initial period of one year with an option to renew for three annual periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide vehicles that meet or exceed the specifications listed in the vehicle specifications worksheets attached to the solicitation. The bidder must be a franchised dealer for the manufacturer's vehicle being bid and must be able to provide documentation upon request. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing new, latest production model vehicles equipped with all standard equipment as advertised by the manufacturer • Ensuring all equipment and accessories are installed by the factory prior to delivery • Providing a warranty that covers not less than three years/36,000 miles bumper to bumper • Delivering vehicles to designated locations in Iowa • Providing catalogs, specifications sheets, and other literature giving detailed information of the items • Ensuring all units are delivered in accordance with the governing specification and passing inspection by the State agency
