The U.S. Embassy in Majuro, Marshall Islands is seeking quotations for the supply and installation of a new external fabric canopy on the rear porch of the Chancery building. Offerors must submit a complete quotation package (SF‑18, pricing, certifications, and any additional required forms) electronically by the deadline. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 8 September 2026 to allow prospective vendors to assess the location. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, responsible offeror without discussions, unless clarification is needed.
• Scope: Provide, fabricate, deliver, and install canopy fabric covering the rear porch of the Chancery building.
