2026 compact 4 door sedan, compact/midsize & full size SUV hybrids KIA or equivalent

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services Fleet Services is seeking respondents to provide 2026 compact 4 door sedans, compact/midsize & full size SUV hybrids KIA or equivalent. The contract term will be for an initial period of one year with an option to renew for one annual period. The vehicles must meet or exceed the specifications listed in the vehicle specifications worksheets attached to the solicitation. The successful bidder will be required to provide vehicle(s) that meet or exceed the specifications, fill out the specifications worksheets, and upload them with their bid response. • The vehicles must be new and the latest production model equipped with all standard equipment as advertised by the manufacturer. • The vehicles must be delivered by the contractor as designated on each purchase order. • The contractor must notify the State's Contract Manager of all sales promotions involving price reductions. • The contractor must provide catalogs, specifications sheets, interior and exterior color charts, or other literature giving detailed information of the item(s). • The contractor must provide a complete servicing check list on above items with each vehicle at the time of delivery. • The State may purchase more than one vehicle. • The State may extend the contract for up to one annual period. • The State may cancel the purchase order and use any state entity's vehicle contract to purchase a vehicle of similar quality and specifications if the delivery is extended past the designated time frame allowed due to dealer error.
