USCGC Hamilton FOP Parts

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a vendor to supply GEA separator parts for the fuel oil purifier on the USCGC Hamilton (WMSL-753). The required parts include a hood, separating disc, disc stack, and single centripetal pump. The parts must be new, acquired from the manufacturer, and shipped with standard commercial packaging to prevent damage during transit. The requested delivery date is no later than 01-NOV-2026. • The parts must be sourced from the OEM manufacturer. • Refurbished parts are not accepted. • The vendor must provide shipment tracking information to the USCG point of contact. • Partial shipment is allowed after agreement with the contracting officer and the technical point of contact.
