Description
The City of Salem is seeking proposals for the lease of space at Collins Middle School for a youth outreach program. The program should include a drop-in center for youth, as well as afterschool, vacation, and summer programming. The lease will be for an initial 3-year term, with an option to renew for 2 additional years. The minimum rent is $2,200 per month. The proposer will be responsible for all renovations necessary to suit the building for the proposed use. The City of Salem will evaluate proposals based on experience, payment of rent, safety, and other factors.
