This solicitation calls for the supply, delivery, and full installation of two CXT Cascadian vault toilet units (or equivalent) at remote Idaho Department of Lands sites in the Kelly Canyon area. The contractor must handle site preparation (excavation, compaction, back‑filling), assemble the vault and building components, ensure ADA‑compliant fixtures, obtain all required permits, and provide a fixed‑rate transport to each location. The work must be completed and accepted by August 31, 2026.
