Custodial Services

The College is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive custodial and janitorial services across multiple CVTC campuses, covering daily cleaning, floor care, restroom maintenance, waste management, and special event support. The contract will start on January 1 2027, with an initial term of five years and up to two one‑year extensions, for a maximum of seven years. The vendor must attend mandatory walkthroughs of the facilities and submit a detailed cost proposal, references, and required affidavits. • Scope includes all CVTC locations in Eau Claire, River Falls, Menomonie, and Chippewa Falls. • Contract length: 5 years (optional extensions to 7 years). • Mandatory site walk‑throughs on 10/26/2026 and 10/30/2026. • Submission deadline: 11/18/2026, 3 PM CST.
