4830 - City of Nicholls Gymnasium - Demolition

The City of Nicholls is seeking bids for demolition services for the Nicholls Gymnasium, located at 201 North Liberty Street, Nicholls, GA 31554. The work includes termination of abandoned utilities, demolition of the gym and outbuildings, removal of structure foundation and basement walls, filling of basements with compacted clean fill, and restoration of the property to natural conditions after demolition.
