Ridgefield Community and Recreation Center

The City of Ridgefield is seeking a general contractor to construct a community and recreation center. The project includes the construction of a 43,000 square foot, two-story building with a recreation center and community center. The recreation center will have a gymnasium, natatorium, locker rooms, fitness center, and reception areas. The community center will have multipurpose spaces, a teen center, commercial kitchen, and community spaces. The site will also include parking, landscaping, trails, and outdoor natural areas.
