Description
The State of Maryland, State Highway Administration (SHA), is seeking bids for the procurement of Aspose software. Aspose enables the automated processing, manipulation, and merging of Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF documents. The software is used to assemble approximately 1,200 Invitation for Bid books annually, each averaging 175 pages and 45 documents. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the successful bidder will be required to provide all goods and services as specified in the solicitation.
• The Bidder must be registered on eMMA to receive a contract award.
• The Bidder must submit a completed Bid/Proposal Affidavit with its bid.
• The Bidder must provide a Price Form as specified within eMMA.
• The Bidder must comply with all federal, State, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the Contract.
