Description
The City of Austin is seeking a contractor to provide two types of disposable tamper-evident deposit bags for various city departments. The bags must meet specific requirements, including being made of a minimum 5-mil thickness material, having a high-resolution bar code, and being able to withstand temperature ranges from -60F to +160F. The contractor must have at least five years of experience providing similar services and must submit proof of experience with their bid proposal.
• The contractor must provide two types of bags: Mixed Cash and Check Bags and Bulk Coin Deposit Bags.
• The bags must meet specific construction, printing, and film requirements.
• The contractor must ship the bags in lots of 200, 400, or 1,000 bags and ensure they meet Federal Reserve ("Fed Ready") requirements.
• The contractor must provide a single point of contact who is English-speaking, skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced with the services provided under the contract.
