Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is seeking design professional services for a new Region 10 Investigative Office located in Conyers, Georgia. The facility will house Region 10 Investigative personnel, the Gang Task Force Unit, and other operationally complementary units. The project includes a 49,000 square foot expansion of the existing facilities, which will accommodate anticipated growth through 2030. The selected firm will provide design professional services, including architecture, engineering, and construction administration. The project will incorporate sustainable design and construction concepts, and the selected firm will be required to use the Owner's project management program, E-Builder.
