Description
The Alpena County Land Bank Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide demolition services for the property located at 1315 W Chisholm St in Alpena, Michigan. The scope of work includes demolition of the structure, site restoration, and compliance with federal and state regulations. The contractor must have experience with residential or commercial demolitions and must provide documentation supporting their qualifications.
• The contractor must obtain a soil erosion and sedimentation control permit and comply with the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act.
• The contractor must provide site security, utilities, and asbestos containment.
• The contractor must submit various documents, including a project schedule, pre-work photos, and a health and safety plan.
• The contractor must comply with federal and state provisions, including the Uniform Guidance and the Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act.
• The contractor must maintain records and financial documents related to the contract until at least December 31, 2031.
