This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to deliver the complete mechanical and plumbing package for the new West Tower of Milan Puskar Stadium at West Virginia University. The scope includes demolition of existing systems, capping and securing of plumbing, installation of new domestic water, storm drainage, sanitary waste, grease waste, back‑flow preventers, fire‑stopping, HVAC equipment, ductwork, pumps, controls, and related coordination with BIM models. The contractor must also provide commissioning assistance, rigging, core drilling, disinfection, and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and insurance requirements. • Full design‑build mechanical & plumbing services (water, gas, drainage, fixtures, pumps, HVAC equipment). • Required BIM coordination, fire‑stopping, commissioning, and site‑specific safety compliance. • Mandatory pre‑proposal meeting on 9/16/2026; final sealed submission due 10/9/2026. • All proposals must be submitted through WVU’s SciQuest bid portal; Barton Malow will not handle proposals.
