Description
The General Services Administration’s Government Printing Office is seeking a vendor to lease and manage 190 secured parking spaces within a 0.25‑mile radius of its Washington, DC headquarters. The contractor must guarantee availability of the spaces for up to 220 credentialed users, provide 24 × 7 × 365 security, lighting, CCTV, access‑control, snow/ice removal, and routine maintenance, and issue/maintain access credentials. The contract will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price, monthly‑rate basis, with a base period of 12 months and optional extensions up to a total contract length of five years and six months.
• Lease and guarantee 190 parking spaces (concurrent guarantee for up to 220 users).
• Provide full‑service facility management: security, lighting, CCTV, access control, snow/ice removal, cleaning, signage, and ADA compliance.
• Submit monthly maintenance reports and various operational plans (snow, lighting, emergency‑response) per the contract milestones.
• Offer a monthly fixed price; the award will be based on the lowest price among technically acceptable proposals.
