The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide standardized uniforms and gear for the Phoenix Fire Department, including battle dress uniforms, fatigue clothing, name tags, gear bags, and headwear. The contractor must provide high-quality, durable, professional-grade apparel and gear that aligns with the City's branding and federal deployment requirements. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an option for additional quantities. The City anticipates considerable activity under the resultant contract, but no guarantee can be made as to actual quantities that will be purchased. • The contractor must provide a variety of uniform and gear items, including BDU pants and jackets, short-sleeve and long-sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, waterproof outerwear, headwear, and accessories. • The contractor must customize the uniform and gear items with the City's logo, patches, and other identifying marks. • The contractor must deliver the uniform and gear items within 30 calendar days of order placement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • The contractor must maintain responsive customer service and provide tracking information for all shipments.
