Description
This solicitation (BPA) calls for a vendor to provide comprehensive preventive‑maintenance and support services for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ water treatment and purification equipment at the Dayton facilities. The work includes monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks such as filter changes, chemical disinfection, tank replacements, UV‑lamp changes, and reporting for reverse‑osmosis (RO) and de‑ionization (DI) systems, water softeners, and hemodialysis/lab purification equipment. The base period runs from 23 Sep 2026 to 22 Sep 2027 with four additional one‑year options extending through 2031. Vendors must submit price/cost schedules and acknowledge the amendment extending the bid deadline to 11 Sep 2026.
• Monthly preventive maintenance on RO/DI systems (SPS Evoqua)
• Quarterly filter cartridge changes (5 µm DI, 0.2 µm UV)
• Annual UV‑lamp and vent‑filter replacements
• Semi‑annual carbon‑exchange tank provision
• Chemical and ozone disinfection of water loops each month
• Maintenance, testing, and reporting for six water softeners
• Monthly and annual service for B330‑2B100 RO systems and hemodialysis purification equipment
• Supply of consumables (salt, carbon blocks, endotoxin filters, UV components)
• Optional extensions for up to five total years
