Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide staff and patient parking garage maintenance services at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System. The contract will include tasks such as reviewing structural members and supports, repairing expansion joints, pressure washing, garage sweeping, and trash removal. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed schedule and plan for completing these tasks. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with two option years.
• The contractor must have relevant experience in providing similar services.

• The contractor must certify that they will self-perform at least 51% of the contract work.
